Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking is typically updated within 24 hours of shipping.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Rates

We currently ship to U.S. addresses and select international locations.
Some oversized or fragile items may ship via freight carriers at an additional cost.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments.

5. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number.
We’ll assist with carrier investigations and work to resolve the issue.

6. Address Changes & Returns

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot change addresses once an order is processed.
If returned due to incorrect address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping fees.

7. Backorders & Pre-orders

Backordered items will ship as soon as they are restocked, and any charges will be processed at shipment.
Pre-order items have expected release dates—if timelines change, we’ll notify you and update your estimated ship date.
