We understand that sometimes things don't quite make it into our closet for various reasons. No problem! We're here to help. We are committed to keeping you happy. Simply send the UNUSED item(s) back for an exchange or refund.

UNUSED, UNWASHED ITEMS, with all original packaging must be post-marked to us within 7* days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please include a detailed explanation of the reason for the return and what you would like done about the return (i.e. different size, color, refund, etc.) Make sure to include your return address ,e-mail address and phone number in case there are any questions we may have. We can refund shipping costs only if the item is being returned as a result of an error on KingoftheCage.com's part.

* Holiday gifts may be postmarked by January 10th.

REFUND POLICY. Expect your refund within 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the item(s). If we at KingoftheCage.com have made a mistake, we will refund the shipping costs.
